Faith Alive will only accept returns of clean, unused materials that are in saleable condition, and unused, unopened curriculum. You may return materials without obtaining prior permission. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we are unable to refund orders for downloadable products, eBooks, digital resources, out of print products, and opened DVDs and CDs.
If your order was prepaid with a credit card, your card will be refunded. If your order was paid by check, a credit will be added to your account for future purchases. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns.
Please include a copy of your packing slip or invoice with your return, noting the reason for return along with your name and daytime phone number. Returned materials are credited according to invoice number; any return made without a copy of the packing slip or invoice will be credited at 90% of the invoice value.
Pack your return in sturdy packaging with adequate cushioning and ship by any traceable shipping method. Faith Alive is not responsible for returned materials that are not received; therefore, your tracking number and a receipt signature is your proof of delivery. Be sure to only include items purchased from Faith Alive or Libros Desafio; other items mistakenly included in your return cannot be shipped back.

Retail
You may return materials without obtaining prior permission. Faith Alive will only accept returns of clean, unused materials that are in saleable condition and are free of any pricing labels. Returns must be made within 18 months of the date of the original invoice.
Returned materials are credited according to invoice number; any return made without a copy of the packing slip or invoice will be credited at 90% of the invoice value. Note the reason for each item being returned on the packing slip/invoice and include your name, your store name, and your daytime phone number. Pack your return in sturdy packaging with adequate cushioning and ship by any traceable shipping method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return has been processed in the warehouse, a credit to your account will be issued. Please allow 2-6 weeks for processing.
Faith Alive is not responsible for returned materials that are not received; therefore, your tracking number and a receipt signature is your proof of delivery. Please note that items included with your returns that are not from Faith Alive or Libros Desafio will not be returned to you.
