Synod 2025 was held both virtually and in person. Synod 2025 convened virtually on Wednesday, May 28, and met again in person June 13-19 on the campus of Redeemer University in Ancaster, Ontario. It was especially significant that synod met this year in Canada in recognition of the 100th anniversary of CRC ministry in Ontario, which began with the birth of Synod 2025’s convening church, First CRC of Chatham, in 1925.
